The interior was new and had a pop atmosphere that made me excited. The staff were cheerful, and I felt safe leaving the cooking to them as they skillfully grilled at any table. The signature green onion pancake topped with salmon roe was visually stunning, making it hard to stop taking photos. When I took a bite, the saltiness of the salmon roe and the fluffy dough paired perfectly, bringing a smile to my face. The noodles in the grilled hormone yakisoba had a nice edge, and with every bite, a pleasant elasticity spread. There were also dishes like a slice with melting mochi and cheese, and spicy curry fried rice, all of which were delicious and perfect to enjoy with drinks.
