Because of the location? There are no vulgar customers. Everyone drinks and eats, but the mood is cheerful without being boisterous. I think this is due to the personality of the owner and his wife. It is a hidden okonomiyaki restaurant in an inconspicuous location with only a counter that can fill up to 10 people.
