I love dishes that have the unique aroma of charcoal. The thick-cut pork bowl is moist and tender on the inside, while the surface is crispy. The rich sauce pairs perfectly with the white rice, creating a cohesive bowl. A sprinkle of Sichuan pepper enhances the aroma even more, making it even more enjoyable to eat. There are also grilled chicken and offal stew, which convey the charm of charcoal grilling well. The bento box allows you to enjoy Japanese, Western, and Chinese flavors together, and I feel it is carefully prepared.
