The interior is bright and clean like a café, and I felt relieved the moment I walked in. The rice ball plate I ordered for breakfast had two round rice balls, miso soup, and side dishes arranged in a wooden container, which looked very cute. The rice was moist and gently shaped, with the ingredients subtly mixed in, so the flavor spread with every bite. The miso soup had a strong dashi flavor, and its gentle sweetness seeped into my body. The side dishes included rolled omelet, fragrant fish, and vegetable salad, which, while simple, showed a lot of care in their preparation, allowing me to enjoy them without getting bored until the end. The handmade wooden bowl was also rich in flavor, and combined with the warm hospitality, it made for a happy breakfast.
