The liver sashimi is fresh, and you can enjoy it without getting bored thanks to three different sauces. The skewers are large, cooked just right, and very satisfying to eat. The heart, chicken wings, thigh, and bonjiri were particularly delicious. The fragrant grilled rice balls have a great aroma and are perfect as a snack. There is a wide variety of sake, and you can try different kinds with the sake tasting set. You can enjoy a range of flavors from light to rich, and you will be satisfied until the end.
