When you enter the restaurant, two appetizers are served, and the chilled tofu and small fish are delightful. The sashimi, including tuna and sea bream, is fresh, and the tuna, in particular, melts in your mouth. The vegetable tempura is freshly fried, with a light and crispy batter and a variety of options. There is also a small size of braised beef tendon, which is helpful for tasting a small amount. The udon menu has also returned, allowing you to enjoy it with rice. The staff recommends dishes, making the ordering process smooth and satisfying.
