I visited this restaurant for dinner with friends after skiing. We ordered the all-you-can-eat course. The meat was fresh and had no smell, and it was Genghis Khan with sauce that only fresh lamb can have. The more I chewed, the more I could taste the umami of the lamb meat. The vegetables were also fresh and perfect for eating while grilling the meat. It was a delicious combination with the sauce.
