With a calm atmosphere, there are sunken kotatsu seats and private rooms where you can relax. The charcoal-grilled local chicken is fragrant, and it's best enjoyed with garlic. Dashi-maki (rolled omelette), agedashi eggplant, agedashi tofu, fried oysters, and chicken nanban are all delicious and pair perfectly with alcohol. The roast beef goes well with wasabi, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat. Many dishes use local ingredients, and the presentation is beautiful, making even the dishes enjoyable. There are many options for alcohol, and the sashimi platter is requested at the time of reservation, which is likely to please people from outside the prefecture.

The shochu selection includes brands from Kuroki Honten, and pairing Tachibana or Kiraku on the rocks is a perfect match. The presentation and tableware are stylish, allowing you to enjoy local ingredients both visually and with your taste buds. The large bacon in the Caesar salad can be cut with scissors, and dishes like dashi-maki (rolled omelet) and agedashi tofu are also flavors that go well with drinks.
