Yamabuki is a rare restaurant where you can enjoy beef tongue and beef cutlet, captivating visitors with its extensive menu. The beef cutlet, in particular, features just the right amount of fat and tender meat, allowing for a refreshing taste when paired with wasabi. Additionally, the all-you-can-eat cabbage and attentive service contribute to a cozy atmosphere.
I used it for the first time on my daughter's birthday. The store opens at 17:00, so when I went to the parking lot 15 minutes early, there were already many cars parked, and by 17:00, the parking lot was full. The seats were quickly filled, and by 17:15, there were many people waiting outside in the waiting chairs. I had made a reservation, so I was able to enter smoothly and eat right away, so it was the right decision to make a reservation. The beef tongue was very tender and ranked high among those I have eaten before. I didn't know there was such a good restaurant nearby, so it's definitely a repeat visit for me.
I wanted to try both the beef cutlet and the beef tongue, so I had the Sanpu Ki Sanmai set meal.
The beef tongue was very tender and crispy, and the beef cutlet was very satisfying because you can grill it to your liking, so you can enjoy it rare or juicy, with sauce, wasabi soy sauce, or salt (personally, I enjoyed it best with salt wasabi)!
The price is not cheap, but I think it's reasonable considering the volume of the set meal and the free refills of rice and cabbage salad as an appetizer.
Above all, the staff was very polite and courteous. The food is important, but I think the atmosphere of the restaurant and the customer service are also important points for satisfaction.
So I will go back to eat there again. Thank you for the meal!
This was my second visit to this restaurant. I made a reservation through autoreserve because it was crowded the first time.

I had beef cutlet and beef tongue. Both were delicious. I ordered the thick-cut beef tongue. It was tender and had a good bite. They open at 11 o'clock, and cars start coming in one after another from around 10:30. I think it's good to go early or aim for the second round.
There was quite a line even before the store opened! Since I had a reservation, I was able to enter smoothly, but even with a reservation, if you don't arrive early, you might not be able to park on weekends. The food was also very delicious. I will make a reservation again the next time I use it.
