The buns are fragrant and pair very well with the ingredients. The flavor of the meat and bacon comes through strongly, and the sauce ties everything together nicely. The combination of pork belly confit and patty is very harmonious and satisfying. The acidity of the sauerkraut provides a nice accent and makes it enjoyable. The jalapeños can be served separately, allowing for personal adjustment to taste. It's helpful that the portion of fries can be made smaller. The caramel banana waffle topped with ice cream pairs very well. They also arranged the seating, and the kind service makes for a pleasant experience.
