In a quiet residential area, there is a shop with a white exterior, and the moment you open the door, the aroma of Peru spreads. The roasted corn served is fragrant, and it quickly pairs well with the drinks. The Peruvian-style paella is packed with the umami of seafood, and I couldn't stop using my spoon. The causa features layers of octopus, white fish, and avocado, combined with smooth potatoes, creating a pleasant fresh acidity. The freshly fried empanadas and meat-filled croquettes are also juicy, making it hard not to buy some for takeout. The attention to detail in the dishes and presentation conveys the warmth of a family-run establishment, making it a wonderful place.
