Duckworth's Origin In a book about tourism, some of the things I've read. My reviewer got a souvenir from this place! This trip to Fukuoka was really a follow-up to My Reviewer's trip, wasn't it? I was so excited! I went to the same stores with him! Thank you very much~(^-^) Mr. Mishima, the owner of 16th arrondissement of French pastry, used to make duck wreaths under his cakes when he was in France. He says, "Duckwheat is the name of the cake that I thought of when I was in France! In France, it is called "dacquoise", but in Japan, it is called "dacquoise" for ease of use! Nowadays, it is a major snack not only in Japan but also in France! It's amazing that they invented such a delicious pastry! Almost all of the customers who come to the store buy the duckwurst! The fresh cakes look delicious, but they don't last long, so we buy the baked goods! Dacquoise - 2 pieces per bag - 367 yen Financier 157 yen Saint-Jacques 168 yen These dacquoise are very light in texture. It fluffs up quickly after being crisped and is gone in no time! The almond cream is also very light and light. From the pastry to the box, it is really elegant! The fact that you can buy it from a single bag makes me very happy! The financier St. Jacques is very buttery! It must be very good butter! I enjoyed the butter more than I enjoyed the pastry! The security guard at the parking lot was smiling so much. He was so kind.
