Upon entering, there is also a souvenir corner, creating an exciting atmosphere. During the soba-making experience, the staff kindly and carefully taught us, making it a lot of fun. The 100% buckwheat soba after the experience had a firm texture and a pleasant aroma, which was satisfying. The freshly fried kakiage was crispy and paired well with the soba. We could also enjoy plenty of soba broth, which was comforting. The interior of the shop is lively, and the service is warm, making it a pleasant place to spend time.
