I had wanted to visit this Michelin-listed restaurant at least once before. It has moved from the station front, and the current location is in a residential area. The menu consists only of soba course meals, and reservations are required. The unique dishes that maximize the potential of the ingredients were delicious, and I wanted to come back again! The warm soba, in particular, was exquisite! The owner was very friendly, and I was able to enjoy my meal.
