This is a beautiful shop located in an alley, with a counter and tables, as well as a tatami room in the back where you can relax. Upon entering, you are greeted by the warm voice of the owner, making it a comfortable place. The work is meticulous, and the rice is light, creating a very good balance with the toppings. I particularly enjoy the simmered squid and anago, which showcase the craftsmanship of Edomae sushi. The kohada, shrimp, sardines, sea bream, and tuna are all beautifully presented, and the flavors are rich. Occasionally, I get to enjoy chawanmushi or a bowl with sweet shrimp heads or pieces of anago, which makes me a little happy.
