The shop quietly stands in a residential area, exuding a calm atmosphere. When you open the door, the owner warmly welcomes you. Sitting at the counter, the chef casually engages in conversation, allowing you to enjoy your meal while chatting. The plump scallops are thick, and with each bite, the sweetness spreads, leaving a lasting impression. The anago (conger eel) and kohada (young gizzard shad) nigiri have a good balance with the rice, offering a light texture that is very delicious. The clam soup has a rich broth that seeps into your body, making you smile involuntarily. It is a wonderful place where you can leisurely enjoy bottled beer at a quiet counter while savoring the Edo-style craftsmanship and warm hospitality.
