In a calm Japanese atmosphere, I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal in a private room. The flow of the course was well thought out, making me look forward to the next dish. The sashimi could be enjoyed not only with soy sauce but also with salt and ponzu, highlighting the deliciousness of the white fish. The creativity in the appetizers was also noticeable, with impressive dishes like jelly and long yam wrapped in prosciutto. The rice was Nagasa rice, which was sweet and refreshing. The attentive service made for a pleasant experience, and I was also happy to be able to enjoy my meal in a yukata.
