This is a shop where you can casually take home the taste of a long-established restaurant. The hors d'oeuvres, packed in small portions, were easy to share for two and all were delicious. The tenderness of the braised pork and the flavor of the grilled salmon were particularly impressive. The ginger chirimen rice had a simple deliciousness, and it was even more enjoyable when paired with seasonal side dishes. The deep-fried young sweetfish with matcha had a subtle matcha aroma and a pleasant mild bitterness, and the cooking was meticulous. You can buy freshly made items made in the shop, and the staff's smiles and kindness are also very pleasant.
