Every dish that makes use of the island's ingredients is delicious, and it starts off with excitement. The Eggs Benedict has an excellent combination of thick bacon and mashed potatoes. The smoked marinated fresh fish and the island vegetable salad are also fresh and visually appealing. The course progresses comfortably from small delights to fish dishes and meat dishes, allowing you to fully appreciate the blessings of the sea and the fields. The roast Miyako beef marinated in sake lees has a wonderful aroma and pairs perfectly with the unique sauce. In a resort-like space that feels warm with wood, the staff's explanations are attentive, allowing for a relaxed experience.
