This is a soba restaurant located in a residential area, with a calm atmosphere. The Japanese-style interior and elegant noren are lovely, allowing for a relaxing experience. The soba, made with Edo-style 2:8 buckwheat, has a light flavor that goes down smoothly. I chose the duck dipping soba, and the warm broth, non-gamey duck, and sharp green onions are a perfect match. The pickles are also carefully prepared, and the aroma of soba tea is delightful. The rich soba broth is prepared separately, has a subtle sweetness, and brings happiness until the end.
