I was impressed by the mackerel sushi served at the sushi corner in Sakura no Sato. The meatiness and freshness of the mackerel, accented with shiso leaves and sesame seeds, filled my mouth with deliciousness. Although we could not eat inside the restaurant, we were able to watch Obachan's handiwork and wooden molds used to make the sushi, which we found to be full of originality and deliciousness. It is a great place to taste fatty mackerel at an affordable price, perfect for the cold season. I would like to visit this restaurant again.
