Pork from Kyushu, such as Miyazaki Prefecture, is characterized by the sweetness of its fat and the juicy taste of its lean meat, which has a high water retention capacity. We also offer a set meal with Shinshu koji miso miso soup and pickles.
The intense sweetness of the fat and the umami of the meat can be fully enjoyed in this pork loin katsu don!
Recommended for those who prefer a light flavor with less fat!

Enjoy both freshly fried pork cutlet and a pork cutlet simmered in broth, all served together.
The sweetness of Kyushu pork loin cutlet pairs perfectly with the curry sauce for an amazing taste!
This is a cutlet curry that is lighter compared to loin, but allows you to enjoy the tenderness of the meat.
