Thinking back, we have come a long way. Marudon no kuishinbo banzai @ Osaka Nishinagahori I visited Kadoya Shokudo Sohonten for the first time in 7 months since February. On this day, I ordered Tsuke-soba with Aji-tama toppings and the new Motsuni. The noodles are still glossy. I would like to call it Chinese Inaniwa Udon. I want to go back 😁. Tsuke-soba. I was so happy when I arrived 30 minutes before the restaurant opened and found 4 people waiting for me! I was so happy to see this restaurant, which I had been planning to visit next time I go to Osaka (;_;). When the restaurant opened, there was a long line behind us. The moment the noodles came out, I sighed at the level of beauty. I came here because I fell in love with the picture of these noodles at first sight, so I was thrilled to see them in person (yikes people...). LOL). They are shiny and smooth and go in easily. The soup is soy sauce based. The sweet and spicy flavor is soothing to the body after waiting in the hot weather. There are two kinds of chashu pork, one fatty and the other light. The soup is thick, but the tsuke-soba is refreshing. It was so delicious that it was gone in no time. LOL! I usually don't like to eat tsukemen or mazesoba, but this was something else. As expected from a famous restaurant, it was worth the wait in line.

Thinking back, we have come a long way. Marudon no kuishinbo banzai @ Osaka Nishinagahori Kadoya Shokudo Sohonten. This ramen shop is renowned as the best in Osaka ✨.We stood in line for less than an hour😅On this day, I ordered a large bowl of Tsuke-soba. The beauty of the noodles is very appetizing. The soup is a good balance of ingredients with a low acidity, and the noodles are outstanding and have a wonderful texture 😆. The noodles also have an outstanding texture 😆. The Kurobuta pork chashu pork is not too fatty and has the best flavor to go with the soup. I have never seen such a complete tsukemen 🏆✨ I also got some takeaway pork offcuts that they sell on a random basis ✌️ I want to go to Osaka just for this. I'm sure I'll be back 🥰. I've never seen tsukemen before 🏆. I'm sure I'll be back just for this ὰ. I'm sure I'll be back just for this ὰ.

Yesterday's second Noodle Activity lunch was at the well-known Kadoya Shokudo. It was 2:30pm on a rainy weekday, so we didn't have to wait in line to get in. We had Sanuki udon at the first restaurant and Chinese soba here at the second restaurant, and then left for the third restaurant 😊.
