You can enjoy Bengali home cooking, and the aroma is exciting. The fish curry has a slightly bitter and strong spiciness from well-roasted chili peppers that blends into the soup, making it incredibly delicious when paired with rice. The bean dish features skin-on lentils, with a lingering garlic aroma that makes you want to have seconds. There is also a dry type of fish curry, where a rich sauce made from simmered onions and tomatoes perfectly complements the firm fish, showcasing the craftsmanship. In the morning, the combination of potato curry and fried bread is served hot, with the chewy dough well infused with spices, providing a satisfying experience. The sweet snacks and spiced tea served after the meal are freshly made, leaving you feeling happy until the very end.
