The soup of the hot pot made with a blend of white miso and barley miso is rich and has depth. The tender offal has a sweet flavor from the fat, which pairs perfectly with the soup. There are also skewers and offal sukiyaki, making it tempting to order a variety of dishes. The selection of drinks, including sake and plum wine, is extensive, making it fun to choose. The interior is cozy, but the staff is efficient and makes for a pleasant experience. Ending with rice and cheese in a risotto style is also fantastic, ensuring satisfaction until the very end.
