There are many types of cheese, and every time I go, I discover something new. The staff kindly explains the characteristics, making it fun to choose. There are varieties with a cumin aroma, those rich in truffle scent, and others that are well-aged and full of flavor, offering a wide range of tastes. There are also creamy cheeses with a rich texture that are simply delightful. You can try a little bit at a time by weight, and you can enjoy tastings and drinks in the store. The wine selection includes options from France and Italy, making the time spent pairing them with cheese the best.
