This is a dessert specialty shop that requires a reservation. When you take your seat, you are greeted with a cold herbal tea that lifts your spirits. You can watch as various elements are layered in a glass right in front of you, and it's mesmerizing. The parfait we had was filled with plenty of fruit, and the basil gelato surprisingly complemented it, making it refreshing. Along the way, a fragrant warm tea was served, which balanced the sweetness very well. Towards the end, the experience of picking up a freshly baked madeleine on the spot was delightful, and the aroma of the warm pastries was enchanting. You can also enjoy the biscuit sandwich, and it's conveniently located near the station, making it a place you want to recommend to others.
