The small café located on the grounds of the hot spring facility has a warm wooden atmosphere that is very calming. Once seated, a pot of blended coffee was brought to me, and I felt excited just by its appearance. Each time I poured it into my cup at my own pace, the rich aroma wafted through the air, and the balance of acidity and bitterness was pleasant. The blue and white gradient cup had a substantial feel, and its gentle texture made it easy to drink. The black honey pudding served as a complimentary treat was soft, and its rich egg flavor and solid sweetness paired well with the coffee. The iced coffee also had a crisp taste, allowing me to enjoy the flavor of the beans amidst the cold, making it a truly authentic cup.
