Each of the side dishes was delicious. The main dish, prawns with hirouzu, had a delicious broth, the fluffy hirouzu was soaked in the broth, the pork cutlet was crispy, and the tartar sauce was excellent. The parking lot is not large, so it is better to go in a car or a smaller car.

Kintsugi is a popular Japanese restaurant in Yotsuya, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. The dashi (Japanese soup stock) served as an appetizer was surprisingly delicious and captured my heart. Five kinds of appetizers are served, and among them, the shime saba (mackerel) was really delicious. It was the best I have ever had. The main dish, Kakuni, was also very impressive with its melt-in-your-mouth meat. The takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with vegetables and seasonings) was a great way to end the meal, and the flavors of the ingredients soaked into the dish.
