Upon entering the shop, the stylish space and tall, fashionable chairs catch my eye, lifting my spirits. I enjoy the time spent choosing natural wines and rare ume kombucha while gazing at the cold appetizers displayed in the showcase. The white corn quiche, baked in a large oven, has a perfect balance of sweetness and texture, and biting into it while it's hot brings me happiness. The grilled chicken with the bone is so tender that it can be cut with scissors, and the juicy meat juices overflow, leaving me impressed. The chicken ham with garlic salt koji and the Unzen ham steak each highlight their unique flavors, making it easy to keep drinking. I am captivated by the diverse menu skillfully prepared by the owner alone, and it's a wonderful place with many more dishes I want to try.
