The moment I opened the package, the savory smell of eel wafted out, and I felt excited. The skin was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and it paired perfectly with the subtly sweet sauce. The flesh was moist and free of any unpleasant odor, and the lightly charred edges enhanced the aroma. When I mixed a little sauce with the rice, I couldn't stop using my chopsticks until the end. The yakitori I bought on the side had a wide variety, and the larger pork belly was particularly juicy and impressive. The dashi rolled omelet had a gentle flavor that made me want to reach for it again.
