The calm interior of the shop located in the shopping street features table seating and raised areas, allowing for a relaxed experience. The signature dish, pork bone ramen, is rich yet free of any unpleasant odors, with a deep umami flavor from the meat that fills the mouth. The firm, thin noodles glide smoothly down the throat, perfectly coating themselves with the thick broth. The chashu, wood ear mushrooms, and chopped roasted garlic add color, stimulating the appetite from the very appearance. Mixing in the spicy garlic chives halfway through adds aroma and excitement, allowing for a delightful change in flavor. The mini braised pork rice bowl that comes with the set is surprisingly filling despite its name, and the tender meat left me satisfied until the end.
