Upon entering the shop, I found a bright space with only a counter, creating a calming atmosphere even for solo diners. The Taiwanese mixed noodles I chose while hesitating at the ticket machine were a delight as they arrived in front of me, with colorful ingredients shining and exciting me. The combination of the fragrant grilled char siu and the thick, chewy noodles was irresistible, and the sauce clung well, bringing happiness with every bite. The green onions, fish powder, soft-boiled egg, and garlic blended together perfectly, providing a mildly spicy flavor that didn't feel heavy, making it easy to eat until the end. After refreshing the taste with some kombu vinegar, adding rice allowed me to enjoy every last bit of the sauce. The cheerful service from the staff was also pleasant, making me want to try different toppings at this shop.
