Entering the store with its calm lighting, I was excited to find a stylish space reminiscent of a bar. The galette made from buckwheat was fragrant, and the combination of plump shrimp and creamy avocado was the best. With a salad and soup included, both my heart and stomach were warmed from the start. The galette complète, with its melting cheese and soft-boiled egg, offered a simple yet profound flavor. The dessert galette, with its sweet and sour sauce, provided a delightful accent, keeping me engaged until the very end. There are also counter seats, and I appreciate the luxurious atmosphere that allows for a relaxed experience even when dining alone.
