The dipping sauce has a strong umami flavor, leaving a clean aftertaste. It's fun to choose from different types of noodles, including those with a grainy texture and varying thickness. The soy sauce ramen, which highlights the flavor of the chicken, is light yet has depth and is very delicious. The soba broth after the meal is also mellow, and it's great that it's easy to access by car.
