Surrounded by a rural landscape, the atmosphere is calm, allowing for a relaxed and comfortable seating experience. The thin soba noodles are served beautifully divided into three portions in a long, narrow dish. The moment you slurp them, a fragrant aroma spreads, and you can enjoy a light sweetness and pleasant texture. The combination of roasted duck and fragrant green onions pairs well, with the pepper adding a nice accent. The duck dipping sauce contains thick pieces of meat and grilled green onions, providing a sense of satisfaction. After the meal, the rich soba broth wraps things up, and I was also soothed by the gentle flavor of the tea.
