I am thrilled by the dishes that the chef carefully prepares right in front of me. The combination of fluffy eel and cold chawanmushi is particularly impressive. The tender braised pork melts in my mouth, and I couldn't help but keep eating. The clear soup with conger eel and matsutake mushrooms is fragrant and makes me feel the blessings of the season. The rice porridge made with the deep broth from the grouper hot pot continues to bring happiness with every last bite. Including the whale bacon, which pairs perfectly with sake, every dish exceeds my expectations in deliciousness.

There is a counter and private rooms, allowing for a calm atmosphere where you can relax. This time, I asked for the chef's recommendation, and I was excited as seasonal ingredients were presented one after another. The chilled chawanmushi, grilled sweetfish, and eel dishes were particularly impressive, and each was exceptionally delicious. The flavor of the broth infused into the grouper hot pot and rice porridge was also very aromatic, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The sake selection included Urakasumi and Tatenokawa, which paired perfectly with the dishes. I was moved by the meticulous preparation and beautiful presentation, resulting in a meal that left me truly satisfied.
