When I casually entered the restaurant, I felt relieved by the calm atmosphere. The first dish that arrived was water dumplings with a chewy skin, and with one bite, the meat juice spread out. The stir-fried beef with green peppers had a crunchy texture from the vegetables and the tender flavor of the meat, making me eat it eagerly. The fluffy egg sauce on the Tianjin fried rice enhanced the savory aroma of the fried rice, and they paired very well together. Each dish had a substantial portion, leaving a pleasant feeling of fullness after the meal. The warm hospitality from the staff also contributed to my enjoyment of the charm of Chinese cuisine.
