This creative izakaya is a hideaway where you can enjoy creative cuisine with a sense of the seasons, and the vegetables are home-grown by the proprietor. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy food, sake, and conversation with the proprietor, and is worth a visit in each of the four seasons. Tempura of wild vegetables is recommended during the spring season, and tempura is the best way to enjoy the aroma, taste, and texture. Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) is also recommended, and even if it is not on the menu, a consultation is possible. We highly recommend this restaurant for those who want to enjoy creative cuisine.
