It had been a while since I had visited, but the quality of the menu was as excellent as ever. Although it is a French restaurant, it is served with chopsticks, which is an unusual style, and the dishes kept coming, from appetizers to desserts, and I never got tired of them. The duck roast was especially tender and the balsamic vinegar was a perfect match, and the curry at the end was superb. The friendliness of the owner-chef and his hospitality to customers was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. We hope to visit again.

It was a space where we could enjoy the cuisine. The vibrant appearance with edible flowers, the aroma from the trapped smoke, and the detailed explanations of the menu were all wonderful. Seasonal ingredients were used, and each menu item had various flavors, all of which were delicious.
This time, my parents, who live far away, were coming to visit Neyagawa, and I wanted to treat them to a leisurely meal just for adults! Without hesitation, I decided on Disset. Unfortunately, I had to step away partway to bring back an infant, which I felt bad about for both my parents and the restaurant, but I was able to enjoy the meal until the end. I think I was able to show some filial piety.

It's always a busy place... I finally got to go with my friends who are a couple after making a reservation. When I first entered, I thought it might be a bit noisy, but it wasn't too bothersome. The food was delicious, and the lotus root dumpling I had for the first time was very tasty. The staff's service was also good, and I'm glad I went.
