Exquisite eel enjoyed with a secret sauce
Namazuya Ichinomiya Branch is a comfortable specialty eel restaurant. Since its establishment in 1964, it has been serving eel from Mikawa Isshiki, flavored with a secret sauce that has been passed down through generations. The balance of sweet and savory is exquisite, with a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. In addition to freshly grilled eel enjoyed in the restaurant, takeout options are also available, allowing you to savor the flavors at home.

The secret sauce has been passed down through generations, continuously adding and preserving the flavor over the years. The sauce is so delicious that there is even a story behind obtaining a registered trademark for it.

Unique Flavor Available Only Here
The eel sourced directly from Isshiki is of the highest quality. That's why the sauce stands out. It's a taste that was reached through stubbornness.

Eel Bowl
Since its establishment, we have been particular about domestic eels, and top-class chefs have carefully crafted this exquisite dish. There are two types of eel bowls: the regular bowl and the 'naka-zume' bowl. The 'naka-zume' bowl not only has eel on top of the rice but also inside, making it recommended for those who want to fully enjoy it!
