The atmosphere of the traditional Japanese style is pleasant, and the garden is beautiful and calming. The rooms with sunken kotatsu seating and alcoves are spacious, allowing for a relaxed time. The kaiseki is served one dish at a time, with careful flavors from the simmered dishes to the assorted delicacies in a basket. The freshly fried tempura is crispy, and the shrimp and lotus root are very delicious. The kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) is prepared after ordering, with abundant ingredients, making even the waiting time enjoyable. Seasonal items like matsutake mushroom steamed in a teapot and Ise lobster sashimi are impressive, allowing for a leisurely dining experience.
