First, they serve warm white dashi, which makes the waiting time feel comforting. Since it's in a pot, you can enjoy it warm until the end. The rice in the wooden container is fluffy, and I'm happy that I can request more. The freshly fried tempura and chicken dishes are easy to eat, and the meat is moist and tender. Nori, rice crackers, and wasabi are also provided, and for the finale, you can pour the dashi over it and enjoy it smoothly. They are considerate of strollers, guiding us to a spacious seat, and the staff is efficient, which is reassuring.
