The wontons on the sign have large wrappers, and the gentle salty broth spreads from the smooth skin, leaving a deep impression. The dry dan dan noodles have a rich sesame flavor with just the right amount of spiciness, and they cling well to the thin noodles, making them addictive. The flavor of the minced meat is also robust, and mixing in some water spinach halfway through changes the texture, adding to the fun. The pan-fried soup dumplings have a fragrant exterior, and hot meat juice bursts out from inside, making them very juicy.
