Upon entering, a large freezer case filled with chicken wing dumplings and processed chicken products greets you, and just looking at it brings joy. It's a cafeteria-style ordering system at the ticket vending machine, and this time I chose the crispy katsudon. The pork cutlet, combined with egg and seaweed, has a perfect thickness, and the lightly sweet sauce seeps into the rice, making it very delicious. The macaroni salad, which can be chosen as a small side dish, is creamy and adds a nice accent. The miso soup with tofu and wakame has a gentle flavor, making it perfect for cleansing the palate. In the simple cafeteria-style interior, the staff kindly engages with you, allowing for a relaxed enjoyment of the meal and product selection.
