I was impressed by the rich aromas of all the dishes packed tightly on one plate. The side dishes, especially those with spices, had flavors I wouldn't have thought of myself, making them feel fresh. When I chose the fluffy focaccia, it paired perfectly with the soup, and I couldn't stop eating. The refreshing drinks made with plum and yuzu that were served before the meal were also a delightful touch, resetting my palate. The panna cotta and seasonal gelato for dessert were subtly sweet, filled with chunks of fruit, which made me happy. Thanks to the friendly service from the staff, it turned into an exciting lunch that kept me thrilled even after the meal.
