The style of entering without shoes creates a calm atmosphere that is pleasant. You can see the spacious kitchen from the counter, making it easy to sit alone. The dishes are served in a course format, allowing you to enjoy everything from appetizers to sashimi, grilled dishes, and stews in order. The sashimi of sea bream is rich in flavor with each slice, providing a sense of satisfaction. The fluffy grilled mackerel and the tenderness of the meat marinated in homemade miso were impressive. The sweet shrimp mixed with salt koji, bamboo shoots, and spinach with miso were also deeply flavorful, making it an overall homey and comforting place.
