A renowned restaurant preserving the tradition of Echizen soba
Since its establishment in 1921, Udonbo Yamamuro has been a celebrated restaurant offering Echizen oroshi soba made with locally sourced buckwheat flour. The udon, crafted using a hand-kneading and foot-treading method, and the delicately flavored duck broth are also highlights. In the serene interior featuring a traditional irori (hearth), guests receive heartfelt service and can enjoy a wide variety of dishes suitable for the whole family.
