Hiro's Mapo Eggplant from Senshu Kaizuka is wonderful. It is filled with large eggplants, and the juicy, sweet bean paste has a wonderful flavor. It goes great with rice, and I finished it in an instant. From now on, Hiro's Mapo Eggplant will be my standard. It is not authentic Chinese, but you can't go wrong with the mapo nasu for a popular Chinese lunch. As the restaurant staff said, it was really delicious.
