Upon entering the restaurant, you are warmly welcomed by the owner, who has experience in sumo, and the cheerful proprietress. The signature dish, chanko nabe, is filled with plenty of vegetables and meat, and the flavor of the broth deepens the more it is simmered. The light chicken-based broth combines with the richness of the ingredients, creating a taste that makes you want to drink it all the way to the last drop. When you add noodles or rice at the end, you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of the hot pot. Dishes like fried chicken and tamagoyaki are also carefully prepared, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. Thanks to the warm atmosphere and authentic flavors, I was able to relax and chat with friends while satisfying both my stomach and my heart.
